“The property was beautiful and clean with an easy check-in process. We didn’t eat there during our short stay, but I can’t say enough about how beautiful the hotel is and how convenient it is to downtown Red Bank. ”

However, one thing to know before arriving is that the kitchen is not fully equipped when you walk in. If you plan to cook, you will need to request basic items like dishes, utensils, plates, pots, pans, and even a toaster from the reception. None of these are automatically provided in the room. “Room had a weird smell when you walked in. The countertop in the bathroom had a bunch of chips in. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was good but a few items were empty and I watched staff the breakfast room staff sit and scroll on the phone instead of replacing. When I asked about one of the 3 hot items offered, she just shook her no. There was still an hour left for the complementary breakfast. Plenty of parking.”

“This is our second time staying here within a year. We were here last year for our son's basketball tournament. Faye, who checked, us in was super helpful, patient and bubbly despite the hordes of people checking in. We travel a lot and find that people aren't always hospitable. Faye was awesome.
