“THIS IS NOT THE THUNDERBIRD INN. This is a listing for the Thunderbird MOTEL, a much worse place. We arrived on the day of our reservation and they’d booked our room to someone else. So they sent us across the street to another property they own, the Deluxe Inn. Everyone was rude, the property felt unsafe, people were screaming in the doorway of a room, cars were jacked up in the parking lots. Inside the room was gross, the lights didn’t work, the light switches didn’t have covers over them, the……

“The room was clean and comfortable. When we first got there, no one was at the desk. it took the lady almost 5 minutes to get there and you could tell we were interrupting something. We went back after we ate dinner to ask for an extra pillow to lay under my hand with the broken bone in it. Again we waited ”
