"Kristina was so helpful. I had to log on to work as soon as I arrived and she hit me quickly into my room and. They didn’t have secure Wi-Fi, but she recommended I use a hotspot and that worked perfectly. They couldn’t have been more accommodating."

"This hotel is pretty basic, but was clean and quiet. For being a Hilton property the bed linens and pillows were pretty bad."

"I rate properties on a scale appropriate to the cost and utility of the experience. Baymont (Milan, MI) gets high marks for having a reasonably priced pet policy (I have a dog who travels with me), clean and comfortable room, good bed, good (and free) internet. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The provided breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it had the basics and was good enough that I didn't need to eat in a restaurant. Given the price, I would stay here again (and I believe this is the third time I have)."
