"I had to pay extra charge of 500. Very disappointed. We pay for the house that includes the fee and everything. I never been to the house kind of situation before. My friend was late 2 hr or so and I had to pay additional 500. That's a lots of charge. Very disappointed with this stay"

"The common area was very dirty, grills filthy, kitchen full of mice turds, suggest storing everything in plastic totes a lids.. pots and pans very gross, clean the whole place. The cabin was nice but outdoor chairs filthy .. had to use common area to cook , no kitchen in cabin "
