Wonderful property and very relaxing

Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House.

This was a very nicely decorated apartment where you'd feel at home.

When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible. Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. We were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a new room, just needed a place to put our things. We also noticed the walls/doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything happening outside of the room. Lastly, we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping knocking on other peoples doors/our door and loudly saying “housekeeping”. Very expensive for such a small room that hadn’t been cleaned very well.
