Appreciated the accommodating, friendly staff, and the convenience of having a kitchenette (even though cookware is not supplied). We came prepared and saved $$$ by doing our own breakfasts and lunches :p

In the lobby the ceiling was being replaced and the elevator didnt go up. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and functional and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a nice hotel for the price. You should really train your employees about what to do with a fire alarm. That whole situation was ridiculous.

Employees very congenial. The parking lot was covered in snow. The employees worked very hard getting it cleared off. The snow plow arrived around 9:45 and we were able to leave at 10:00.

I loved that they had a recliner. I have difficulty getting into a bed. I also have breathing issues. I actually was able have a confortable nights sleep. I just wish it was an electric recliner. I needed help with reclining. My only complaint no safety bars in the.shower.The person who checked us in was very pleasant. Overall it was a stress free experience.
