“The hotel was in a location convenient to everything. The room was freshly updated and the staff was great. The lobby was in the process of being updated along with other areas of the hotel. When the updates are completed the hotel will be even better. ”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted……

“Two front desk people were inept. I rented the room for Easter weekend because my grandkids were visiting and they were excited to use the waterpark - which was closed the whole time. I would've appreciated knowing that when I booked or I wouldn't have! Then they charge $40 for use of a roll away. ”
