“The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.”

“The lady who checked us in was not very friendly. Seemed annoyed to us. The room was quiet. nice Breakfast was not so good. We stayed 3 nights and for the most part enjoyed our stay. The guy who was working on our 2nd night was very helpful in checking our air conditioner & microwave. He was one of the friendliest workers there.”

“It’s an older quaint hotel that is right on Lake, Michigan, which is absolutely stunning. The rooms are very comfortable. My only complaint was the fact that I have a strong sense of smell, and you could smell the carpet cleaner or powder that they use when they vacuum. And I really couldn’t open up the window because of the heat. The dining room has good breakfast and lunch. I had white fish for dinner and it smelled very fishy. Fresh fish does not smell. The wait staff were very attentive. For……
