“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.”

“Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus.
The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either.
The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and……

“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked.
The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……
