“The host was excellent and left a superb array of additional extras. The property was super and the outside lovely on a warm evening. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. ”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“new and clean property. staff are friendly. enjoyed the coffee machine available in the lounge too.”

“Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.”

“地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性”

“係自己家一樣的住宿”

“Generally fine. But cleaning room only once every two days is not acceptable at this price point.”

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……

“Convenient place, nice staff”

“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……

“Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and……

“Overall the stay was pleasant. However, the shower needs proper plumbing. I had it fixed on day 3 as it went so bad that water overflowed, but days 5 and 6 it repeated again. Also, I hope slippers could be provided even at a cost. They are not something that can easily be bought in the City of London.”

“Room is spacious, a small yet well functioned kitchen. Free good coffee available whole day”

“The worst experience”

“I'M HAPPY THAT BOOKED FOR ROOM WITH MY FRIENDS IN HERE. THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE RECEIPTIONIST STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT STORAGE LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECK IN. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.”

“房間內很乾淨 有小廚房 、洗衣機 位於地鐵站 Liverpool Street station 對面 該站可直接到達Heathrow Airport 超方便的 一出飯店就有吃的、 超市 很棒的住宿體驗”
