“Pleasant hotel on the perfect location. Walkable to 5 metro stations that can take you to any site you wish to see in London. Covent Garden where it is near is a happy place for dining and entertainment. Helpful staff. Get a room with a window. Will be on my list when I make it back to London. ”

“酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。”
