Great place to stay and well stocked

I loved this place. Just outside of town and was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Moab

Spring Break--family weekend

Very nice condo. Very clean. Pictures and description as advertised. Slept 6 comfortably--including quite comfortable sleeper sofa bed. Good parking (even with ATV/UTV trailer). Nice front and back patios with short walk to pool/hot tub. Towels were provided for pool and hot tub use. Nice bed and bed bath linens. Has outdoor grill but did not use it. Only downside was the unit we were in was adjacent to the main highway so had a little traffic noise. Also would suggest taking a couple dish rags and dish towel as those were not provided. Overall had great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for families

Spacious and well appointed. Off the main drag of Moab proper so quieter and more friendly to families. Designated parking spot. Comfortable beds. Clean. Absolutely would stay again.

Perfect!

Condo was perfect for me and my my mom and my kids, complex has a pool, playground and basketball court which was great for my kids. If I come back to Moab this is what I’ll book.

Throughly enjoyed our stay!

Great accommodations for two couples. Clean, comfortable beds, extras in kitchen, good location for parks and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendations are we could have used more K cups. 4 people for 7 days should have had 28 min. Also I would suggest some black out curtains in the bedroom. I see you are a Costco shopper and they have great curtains very reasonable. When that morning sun lights up the room at 5:30 everyday it's rough. Thanks for a great vacation!

Mom's weekend Away

A co-worker and I booked this room for the weekend. At the time, we planned on bringing our kids and just enjoying the time. Last minute, our kids decided they didn't want to go. We still had to work on that Saturday, so we enjoyed a weekend away without our children. It would've been perfect for a bigger party, even better for the two of us. At work that Saturday, we became aware that the physician was staying at a local hotel that was not very clean. We had enough room that we invited them to stay with us. Worked out great. The place was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Could Have Been Great

Very disappointed because overall the place was very nice and had a great location. We arrived at the house, got in easily, started to settle in only to learn that sheets, comforters, mattress covers, pillow cases, and towels were all very wet. Luckily we happened to notice right away. We put them in the dryer, but apparently that was the problem. I messaged the owner several times (no phone number listed) and received no responses. Luckily there was an emergency number for property management. A nice manager brought us dry towels, sheets, comforters, and mattress pads. Unfortunately, the mattress pads smelled horribly moldy so they apparently had not been dry as well. We were told we would be refunded our cleaning fee but were only refunded half.

Pros: -Bedrooms are on separate level; helpful for noise if people are staying up at night in the living room/kitchen area -There are pots, pans, and other basic kitchen items - we cooked several meals -There are nice, large TVs -There is a large back patio for outdoor dining Cons: -Sheets were scratchy -One set of sheets smelled heavily of mildew -Shower was not cleaned (hair in drain on arrival, pink slime around edges) -Lacking details that make for a comfortable stay: no hand soap in the kitchen; no tissues -Unit is on the highway side of the complex; you can hear road noise from both bedrooms -We did not find any extra towels for the pool/hot tub -The check out instructions said not to remove the duvet cover when stripping the sheets; does this mean the duvet covers are not washed?

We had a wonderful stay at Rim Vista 20A2. The rental was very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need and was close enough to all that we wanted to do. The beds were so comfy, had many pillow and additional blanket choices and we slept very well. Thank you for thinking of everything one might need for a perfect get away. We will be booking again.

Nice safe location

Overall we had a nice stay. When we arrived we noticed that the unit was not cleaned as good as it should have been. There was pee down the fronts of the toilets and on the floor in front. No cleaning supplies to clean with. Thank goodness I carry clorox wipes. I tried contacting the manager with no success. The dryer worked for two or three cycles then quit. Again we tried contacting the manager with no answer. Frustrating to say the least. Minus the cleaning issues it was a nice place to stay. Bring your cleaning supplies and have fun!

Good location, new construction, large/comfortable

Location is great, just a few mins south of downtown Moab. Plenty of parking, quiet little complex. Spacious bedrooms, easy entry/exit. Automated door lock is great. Nice patio with grill, comfy beds. My only complaint was that the washing machine drain smelled like raw sewage - assuming this is a construction defect that will be fixed/addressed, but reached out to Management to notify and/or see what we should do, with no response. Didn't end up using the washer as the smell was pretty intense. Everything else was great though, would stay again - hopefully by then this minor inconvenience will have been addressed.

Could not ask for a better place.

My wife, another adult couple and I spent 4 nights at Rim Vista. Our stay was excellent, the place appeared to be almost new. The 2 upstairs bedroom suites were spacious and had plenty of storage space. The downstairs living area was comfortable and spacious enough for us. The kitchen area was a little tight but we not preparing gourmet meals. 👍👍 for Rim Vista.
