It's an older hotel but it was clean and worked well for our needs. Very convenient and walkable to restaurants. As most older hotels it does not have an elevator which does make it more difficult if you're an older person having to haul heavy luggage up the stairs but it would not prevent me from staying here again. The staff was friendly as well.

Fit the Need

One night stay- close to everything.. good shower, hot water! Comfy bed, clean sheets.. back window shades were broken off .. is someone wanted to look through the window , they could.. I used a chip bag clip to clip a hand towel up to cover the opening.. no bigge, hey I paid less than 90$ bucks..

The location is great. It's right by Moab hustle and bustle. We are not impressed by the AC though. But maybe because it was July, the summer heat is real. Other than that, it's perfect.

We were spring break-travelling and wanted a place near Arches National Park. For the price, this place provided a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The property is older but has been updated. It's located right downtown Moab, which is wonderful. Cant beat this place for the great rate

My favorite hotel

I always stay here when I am in Moab. I have for years. It is under new management The guy at the front desk was very helpful and extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. No complaints. Still my favorite place in Moab, very reasonable prices
