“Perfect little place to stay in the kewanaw. Convenient and most importantly-- clean! Our first night in the U.P. was in a nightmare of a cabin infested with mice. Tonight we are in a 3 bedroom house in wakefield that looks good, but smells like urine. “What an amazing find to stay at the Quincy House for one night. We stayed in what was formally known as the maids quarters of this historical home. There was a lot of attention to detail for travelers including fresh cut flowers. There was a small refrigerator with waters, keuring for hot beverages, along with breakfast bars & oatmeal for a quick breakfast or snack. The hosts even had thimbleberry jam for sale.
