It’s in a great location. The staff and management were terrific. The breakfast served daily was excellent . They don’t come into your room until you leave unless asked. Knowing that helps immensely. A great stay by far****

The continental breakfast included eggs and sausage. It was really good. Considering the price and access to interstates and local airport, it was a good deal and I would stay there again.

I really expected better from a Country Inn and Suites. I thought the property was kind of run down. The room was okay. Appeared clean but there was a musty smell. Breakfast was ok. Typical continental style.

I gave 3 stars because our room had stains all over floor, on office chair, furniture not wiped down. Pros are across street from airport, indoor heated pool and great bbq restaurant across street

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff who checked us in was very efficient and nice. We didn't eat breakfast but did go down there, when we stay there it is usually a weekend and there are a lot more choices. This time we stayed on a Monday night and breakfast was very limited. Coffee was just ok.

Property was a bit "shop-worn" and while clean enough, it showed a lot of deferred maintenance. Things like broken drawers in the dresser, flashing "message waiting" lights on the phone that not even the front desk could shut down, and patio furniture left on the edge of the field adjacent to the parking lot. Furniture also had a large number of scuff marks, scratches and dings. Also, the king size bed had an obvious bow in the middle around the waistline area. (I suspect this was due to a weakening box spring.) It was adequate for one night, but probably would not spend a second night at this property.

The staff was nice but I was extremely disappointed in the room. There was soda splatter on the wall which was obviously from a guest but the staff didn't see that to wipe it off? The sink had mold at the drain and the fan and anything above eye level was coated in dust. There was also a large stain in the middle of the carpet and on the chairs etc. If we didn't arrive to go to bet late at 1030pm would have changed hotels. The breakfast was standard but the warm items like eggs/ sausage weren't very warm so I nuked everything in the microwave.

Likes: Good parking, safe, pool is nice. Dislikes, air conditioning in room works fine but the room was humid, as if the ac did not dry the air as it was working, leaving a peculiar smell in the air when you first walk in from being out. We were there for 4 nights and the room was not made up after 3 days. We then had to ask for another set of towels. The bathtub/shower operation was odd and we needed help to learn how to operate it. Maybe I am slow.
