"Was basic nothing special "

"Everything was great, just surprised there was not a coffee maker in the room. Not a problem, they have a 24 hour Starbucks, just a surprise."

"I was disappointed about the "breakfast". Other Extended Stay brands give you eggs, bacon, etc., along with muffins, juice and coffee. All they had was store bought muffins, oranges and coffee. They should not put breakfast in their description, because that's not breakfast. It barely qualified as a snack. This Extended Stay was older, so the walls were thin. You could sometimes hear people yelling or children crying. It is also near a highway, so you heard traffic throughout the night. I wish it was a little more sound proof. Lastly, other Extended Stay brands would give you at least a couple of dishes and pots or pans to cook in. This one did not have any dishes or pots."

"Our check-in was awful. We were there at 3pm but the gentleman staffing the front desk didn't show up for 15 minutes...he was off the property and drove up 15 minutes late for 3pm check in. We were late getting to a dinner meeting with family as a result and was not able to freshen up in our room until after dinner. We asked for a room on the first floor close to the lobby because my wife has difficulty walking any distance. He gave us a room on the 2 floor, the furthest from the elevator. On the positive side, the room was very nice, clean and the bed and pillows were A+. Breakfast was great, with a good variety and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"The front desk staff, Ricardo, was awesome. He helped me out with some extra pillows again. Great job and very friendly. The over night front desk gentleman was outstanding also. Made me a fresh pot of coffee in the early morning. Thanks guys Now the rooms are to be desired for. 1 the room air conditioner is controlled automatically through the thermostat, you are not able to just turn the fan on manually and the room either gets really cold and then shuts off then the room gets really hot. Guests need to be able to control the air conditioner as they see fit. 2. The rooms walls are way to thin and we were up all night for our second stay here in less than a month. Both stays were sleepless nights."

"Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The airport shuttle was available every half hour and on time to and from the airport. It was a great convenience."
