Nice, but with lots of patina...

Beautiful view over the little city, very quiet place. But the hotel needs some urgent renovation and cleaning. No parking garage offered.

Good choice for the price. Big bathroom. TV did not worked (just for one day). Airconditioning weak. But breakfast very good, and lady very nice. So all together is B grade. Aaaa and 30min from sea by car :)

Un peu de repos à l’écart

L’accueil à été très bien mais, c’est après que ça devient moins bien. Le restaurant fermé le soir... un samedi. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée, le petit bémol.. la télé ne fonctionne pas.. Heureusement le lendemain matin le petit déjeuner était très bien’ dommage qu’il n’était pas servi sur la terrasse.

Une auberge sans prétention

Nous y sommes venus il y a 3 ans avec un groupe d’amis, c’était bien. Et là le bâtiment est - bien tenu, il y’a un réel manque d’entretien, peut-être une certaine lassitude, des renouvellements non réalisés (serviettes-éponges effilochées, serrurerie fatiguée, assise des chaises du restaurant ramollies....) Mais c’est propre dans la chambre. Je me souviens d’une cuisine bonne, plaisante mais ce mardi soir le restaurant était fermé, je veux bien comprendre les obligations du code du travail mais c’est dommage de se priver d’un certain c.a. en période touristique... Le petit déjeuner nous a été offert un peu pour excuser la qualité de la chambre, attention sympathique. Rapport qualité/prix pas au top. La dame de l'accueil est très sympathique et fait tout ce qu’elle peut pour être agréable aux clients. Ça pourrait être un hôtel très correct mais il manque un peu de motivation et d’investissements pour que ce soit bien.

Séjour agréable, accueil sympathique, bon petit déjeuner mais l'auberge est vieillissante, le matériel parfois défaillant ( douche qui se descelle). de ce fait le prix de la nuit parait quelque peu excessif, plus de 100 euros la nuit. Absence de bar également

Good hotel with panoramic views

The room was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom and bed. We stayed out-of-season, so there was no restaurant. Breakfast was unexceptional and could be improved.

Accueil désastreux, chambre propre et spacieuse, relativement bruyant (claquage des portes du au groom automatique) wifi bonne. Chambre pour handicapés non attenante à l’établissement, certaines parties de l’hôtel sont neuves et d’autre un peu délabré (escalier par exemple)

Bel environnement pour un hôtel simple et sympa.

Accueil sympathique et séjour sympathique dans cet hôtel simple et confortable dont le principal atout est le décor (belle vue sur la vallée). Dommage qu’on n’en profite pas au petit-déjeuner servi dans le salon plutôt que sur la terrasse. Le petit-déjeuner est d’ailleurs trop cher à notre goût.

Normalerweise schreibe ich nie Bewertungen, in diesem Fall muss ich aber wohl andere Urlauber davor warnen, diese Unterkunft zu besuchen. Es ist überteuert, dreckig, die Lage ist schlecht und das Personal wahnsinnig unfreundlich und absolut nicht hilfsbereit und arrogant!

Une horreur cette établissement , la personne de l'accueil regarde la télévision toute la nuit , obligé d'aller taper à la porte pour demander le silence à 4 h du matin !!! et la pas de réponse !!! et le summum on vous réponds le lendemain ha bon c'est vous qui avez tapé à la porte!! à presque 100 euros la chambre !!! une honte !! auberge vieillotte!!! je ne recommande pas !! à fuir !!!

Beautiful view

This hotel was really great value, the staff were friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and the hotel had lots of character. The best thing was the setting. The hotel is on the side of the hill and looks over the town and the valley. It is such a beautiful place to sit outside on the hotel terrace and enjoy a wine looking out over the view. I could sit there for many a night, shame we only had one night! A great place.

Netissa olevat kuvat on rajusti fotoshopattu tms, todellisuus ei vastaa kuvien antamaa mielikuvaa. Muuten kylla oli henkilokunta auttavaista ja mukavaa. Hinta vain oli ylakantissa paikan tasoon nahden.

What a lovely hotel

our room was beautiful, a bit tiny but spotlessly clean. We had dinner on the terrace overlooking Sospel and it was wonderful. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. If our arrangements could have been changed we would have happily stayed here for a few more days.

Auberge provencale in sospel

Spectacular view from terrace where we ate our evening meal which was 3 courses and fair value for the quality. Very friendly, efficient young staff served us. Unfortunately the wife of couple who ran hotel was not so friendly or helpful. However I would recommend tthis hotel as room was very clean, food good and lovely surroundings
