"The only criticism is the bed was not comfortable…as if the soft topper was missing. We’ve stayed in a different room (American Eagle) and the bed was so much better. (Luxurious). We will stay again, but if the bed is as we experienced on our latest visit, we wouldn’t book again. Everything else was exceptional"

"Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine."

"Tucked away in a wooded lot, quick drive to Boothbay Harbor. Side by side units are great for friends or families traveling together."

"This place was the definition of relaxation! The access to West Harbor "Pond" (it's huge -- more like a lake!) was unbeatable! We were able to use the provided kayaks to explore the little islands in the water and to come really close to a pair of loons!"

"I will never go back there. I have rented many times thru VRBO for longer vacations and never had a problem. I decided to go thru VRBO to rent a 2 night stay in Maine and paid top dollar. There was so many add on charges for a room at $149. dollars, that this budget motel ended up costing a little over $630. dollars for the 2 night stay."

"Jersey gave us a tour of the property, got us a reservation for dinner and made us feel right at home! 10/10 we will absolutely be here booking again. Clean room, comfy bed, couldn’t ask for a better stay."

"Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned."
