"This property was exactly as described - a small room + bathroom in a larger house that has been subdivided to have multiple sublets. The room was clean and had all I needed for a short stay. Sherry was responsive to my requests and communicative about arrival/departure procedure. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Nice place for a relaxing stay. Easy seamless process. Fairly freshly remodeled with just the right amount of obvious custom stuff, modern style, neither trendy or boring. Can sleep a lot of folks, though we had just two couples. Great master suite, beautiful shower. We cooked, and other than maybe needing some of your own specialized things, it is very well-equipped. "Had an amazing stay house was clean in nice area and host was very nice and responsive! "

"Pro- The spot had a great location that was a short walk to some nice pubs and places to eat. Con- Checking in was annoying. Owner was hard to reach and not responsive. Took 45 minutes of waiting before a reply. The key was hidden and she was super paranoid about someone else heading over the phone where that was. There was a sharp chemical odor that really bothered me. Had to have the windows open not to smell it. Made my nose run and I was coughing. I won't stay here again."

"We stayed at this VRBO during the January 2025 California Fires which were just on the borderline of the area. The communication with the owners was spectacular. We had a family emergency which brought us to California and with the fires this compounded our stress. The owners, however, were so amazing at sharing information and putting us to ease. The Bungalow is in a terrific location, supplied with the basics, convenient location, clean, safe and very comfortable! Our stay was wonderful...

"They forgot our reservation. Then told us they hadn't cleaned the house and it was dirty an hour before check in. After hours of phone calls we were able to get a refund. Finding a hotel last minute was stressful. Would not recommend."
