"This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Very close to the airport. They don’t have an airport shuttle but will arrange rideshare for you to and from the airport. Every employee was friendly and helpful. "

"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."

"So loud music sound from neighborhood every evening (through 1 am) and could'n sleep. Will never stay this hotel again."

"The staff there are amazing. Well, I only had time to talk to the front desk. Staff, they were very helpful and were wonderful people. When I got to the room, it was a clean room with a nicely made bed. No complaints."
