Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so……
