“My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“No front desk staff. Called their number but no answer but when spoke with main woman who was outside around the corner she had received my call but ignored it. Horrible customer service. Attempted to charge me more money. Neighborhood looks nothing like pic on site. They attempted to give me a room with no AC. Parking was confusing at first.”
