“Clean room. Great location if you are visiting the San Cristobal Canyon. No staff on property, lobby closed the majority of the time, staff was available over the phone.
Restaurant closed the majority of the time we were there despite being advertised as open on google. To be fair their facebook page has the correct operating hours (Thursday- Sunday). ”
“The location was beautiful and serene. Ricardo and his family were very hospitable. It felt like I was staying at a relative’s house instead of a hotel. The breakfast was really a home cooked meal.”
“My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.”
“An excellent place to stay overnight after a long and delayed experience with our airline. A super quiet, comfortable and convenient hotel just 10 minutes from SJU. With parking on the premises! The surroundings, we had everything: markets to buy water and food, a nice coffee shop with breakfast named Arrope around the block. And the staff were super friendly. Highly recommended to stay in SJU and just use it to sleep and shower.”
“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
