⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay at RIU Ocho Rios! The entertainment was amazing and kept us entertained day and night. The staff was friendly, and the resort had a great vibe. My only complaint is that taxis are pretty expensive if you want to explore outside the resort. Overall, I had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back!

Clean rooms , good security, good breakfast, dinner could be improved,however, this is my opinion. Entertainment was good , rooms are far away with no lift access and no mosquito in the room, if you have difficulties with stairs I would recommend requesting a ground floor room. Very busy at the time of my travel. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the atmosphere.

Beautiful setting and my expectations are realistic for a giant resort. Very nice beach and pools. Rooms were fine, food was decent. Staff was fine when engaged. They are not engaging at all. I think the #1 thing to improve would be giving better instruction at check in. Second, the Riu app is buggy. Very close to Dunn’s Falls which was cool.

The entertainment staff is absolutely amazing. The activities were on point. They ensured to get everyone involved. The entertainment was diverse to meet the needs of guests from all ages.
