My experience here was very poor we had no room service which I paid for stayed for 6nights and neither one of those days or place was clean I’m very disappointed the housekeeper did a poor job with the cleanliness of the place was not worth leaving any tip hope u guy’s will improve ur service to others

The place was centraly located, great value and clean. I didn't like that the room was ready but the owner will not let you access before 3:00pm. I was there with other and they were able to access their room but my wife and I had to sit outside for an hour for no reason.

Room was comfortable. This was my second time staying here so I kinda knew what to expect. Location is on the ground floor which is nice. Keyless entry and also has housekeeping services. Shower is a little small but all in all room is a great stay for single or 2 people.

First the check in process was easy. However, I had to wait to get wifi information which was a bit of an inconvenience as a foreigner trying to stay connected. Upon arrival, the apartment was covered with red ants crawling everywhere. They say it was from the recent rain and they would come to spray. My local boyfriend came to the room and pulled out all the furniture to sweep. He shook the dusty covers from the bed and more ants. We later found that dishes were put away dirty inside the cupboard. The pillows are not clean. The housekeeper said she puts them in the sun but does not wash the pillows. Only puts on clean pillow cases. They were gross with old drool from previous guests. Bring your own pillows! Also, only one set of towels per guest. Would be great to provide extra towels and sheets.

Staff didn’t have any records of my booking. Then had to contact the owner. Had issues getting the power on in the unit, and had to wait to get the Wi-Fi code some days after. The lock also posed somewhat of a challenge.

Was a decent room just wish that the sleep sofa wasn’t lumpy and also took 4 days to get a replacement shower head and the shower was tiny 3ft by 3ft felt claustrophobic in it And we never got our room cleaned once by the housekeeper had to buy our own toilet paper etc Other than that great place great people and the restaurant had delicious food and affordable

The manager will happily respond to your call if you need assistance. Happily enjoyed our stay. Pool and beach hours a kinda weird tho, but when you get it, you get it.

There was no hot water in the shower, and low water pressure. There was difficulty checking in, many phone calls needed to be made. Restaurant on property was subpar service expensive.

COVID-19

The stay was nice being that COVID-19 was about we couldn't swim but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. The housekeeper, Dianne was fantastic, very helpful and great customer service. You need more like her.

The Location of the property was superb. Truthfully the outside hallway light shone right into the room so the room was never fully dark. The shower was very tight. Overall though room very clean and the owners were extremely responsive.

I was able to call a lady that i know that have rooms there for rent and she happen to have one like i needed for 3 adult if it was not for her we would not have had a place to stay the room that we got through cheap ticket was not the room that you all were offering on your website it was different i would like to have a refund from cheap ticket
