“Air conditioning had issues even after being serviced but got moved to another room with good AC. Room could be cleaner especially under the beds. Overall, good hotel, strategically located, good parking and satisfactory for price.”

“Check-in was fine, and 1 person working was kind. The room was filthy. Mold on the floor in more than 1 area. Advertised that I had a choice of Queen or Double beds. I paid more for Queen beds. At the front desk, my husband was told they do not have Queen beds there at all. My son has horrible allergies and was triggered staying there and was up all night. We should have left, but we had an event to attend right after check-in, so we left so quickly. Tried calling them to take care of……

“Nice place. Enjoyed back deck and the canal. Met one of the local gators - very cool! One negative is that it super close to very busy road.”

“The property it self was clean. Our room was clean except the floors. After I got out of the shower I walked around in the room for about a hour before bed and my feet was black from the floor. My husband seen the bottom of my feet as I was getting into bed and said something, so I had to go wash my feet before getting into the bed. The floor also had a couple of soft spots. Other than them two things every thing else was good.”

“shower head barely worked and shower curtain rod curved downward causing the curtain to open on either side. Sticky substance on the nightstand and desk area. First time at a LA Quinta and I had buyer's remorse.”
