Floors were dirty and shower head was blocked so the spray was like needles. Reported to management who said they’d fix. So many kids running the halls well past 11:00pm! Nice location. Shopping is walking distance. Vintage Finds store is awesome. The employee at the front desk at check in was very helpful and friendly. They are repainting the hotel so the building was only partially done. We we got there, there was a sign in the door that said "back at 8:35". We had to wait 35 minutes in the parking lot to be able to check in and get our room. Several other guests were waiting outside as well. There was also no soap at the sink to wash your hands so we had to use body soap from in the shower. The room itself was okay, nothing terrible. Went to take a shower, kid you not, a straw has better flow then the shower head. The picture on Expedia was completely different! The shower was broken. During check-in, they explained to us (like children) how to use it. But the most important thing is that the bed and mattress are absolutely terrible! We couldn't sleep all night! Something needs to be done about this!
