“Zum zweiten Mal war für uns im Palazzo Rosenthal wohlfühlen und im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen angesagt. ALLE sind sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer engagiert, kleinste Problemchen schnell zu beheben. Außerdem scheinen unsere Wünsche auf der Stirn gestanden zu haben, denn alles wurde wieder zuvorkommend und „special“ für uns möglich gemacht. “We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! Everyone was so willing to help us with planning and accommodations. Cool things to note is that there is a little private area by the water you can swim (they have noodles!) in addition to the pool. They also help coordinate water taxis that can pick you up from Positano and drop you off directly back at the hotel. “This is a really lovely hotel on the outskirts of Positano which combines modern facilities with traditional charm in perfect balance. The staff are brilliant, there's a restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served, all situated in a vibrant area just outside the main town, so it's quiet at night too. “Clean room, helpful staff but very limited range of food in breakfast and dinner plus the main meals were tasteless. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel.”
