"Front desk staff not helpful, 2 separate housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and our tub didn’t drain well. The location was perfect for our needs and the area is very nice and very safe. Overall it’s just ok but who books a trip to NYC to sit in a hotel room?"

"The check in staff are so friendly and helpful. We appreciated this shuttle to and from Met Life stadium. Staff that arranged the shuttle process are friendly and efficient as well. The manager was at the front desk during check-in and he was very friendly and accommodating. There’s just one thing I did notice dried hair on the back of the bathroom door as well as (hair) in the bathtub. But otherwise I would stay here again. It is a very beautiful property."

"The breakfast was truly great and the staff very friendly. The room was clean a comfortable. The reason I did not give a 5 star is that there was a strong smell associated with pest insecticide that was nearly overpowering in the lobby and in certain areas of Harmony Suites. You could smell it throughout the hotel. Hopefully, that is temporary."
