"The hotel was welcoming, room clean and bed comfortable"

"I checked in and checked out within 5 minutes—that should tell you everything. The hallways smelled strongly like fried chicken, and the room was worse. The bed and pillows had visible hair on them, which is completely unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. I didn’t feel comfortable staying even a single night, so I left immediately and had to book another hotel at my own expense. Thankfully, the other place was clean and exactly what you’d expect. Avoid this place if you care at all about basic hygiene."

"This hotel was OK. It was an odd set up in the room and the Jacuzzi was broke again. Every time I stayed there something’s wrong with the Jacuzzi."

"Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."

"I spent so much money at this hotel. They claimed to accommodate service dogs. However the management harassed me saying my dog smelled bad. She was extremely rude and unempathetic to my situation. Its extremely disrespectful and disheartening to have to be approached about this . I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She later told me I would no longer be accommodated at all.. she's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a service animal or without for that matter.. thanks for the embarrassing stay.. you sure know how to make people feel welcomed"
