"This condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The views are beautiful and an excellent way to start and end the day. The host was so friendly and helpful, and communication was fast. On my next visit to Charlotte, I asked if he would consider allowing us to use the earlier reservation and he immediately offered to refund a portion of our forfeited fee. He didn’t have to do that and I really appreciated the gesture. Loved the location and parking right downtown. We’ll definitely book again when in Charlotte."
