“Bathroom paint & trim we not done with quality. The toilet ran all the time because the tank flappper didn’t seal. We told the maintenance man in our way out.
The building is definitely older, and looks like it has gone through some updating. It was ok, but because the value vs what we paid was very good, there. Is no sense bashing the place.

“Breakfast was “gone” or never even stocked except the same pan of sausage and eggs for the 3-hour duration or you could make waffles. No caffeinated coffee in the hotel - not in rooms, at breakfast, nowhere.
The elevator had to be switched on for us to reach our room.
The clerks carry on foreign language conversations on the phone while helping you.
The pool was closed 3 of 4 days.
The gym was closed every day for changing lights??
This place offers nothing besides a bed to sleep in.……

“Sadly, my wife made the discovery that the sheets in our bed were dirty sheets that even included blood spots on them. I’m not talking stained sheets, they literally were soiled with fresh blood spots. The guy at the front desk did change rooms for us but both rooms had a very musty smell. ”

“Homewood Suites with a beautifully maintained Hotel. The grounds were lovely with a large patio and fountain. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of restaurants nearby that would fit all budgets.”

“Room wasn’t clean, smelled weird, dead bugs in the room and alive ones as well. Staff was short and argumentative. Would’ve asked for a refund and found a new place to stay but cut my losses and stayed as to not start an argument with the person working the front desk. Pool visibly has a film on top of the water you can see from outside of the pool area. I didn’t even check out the free breakfast based on the condition off the room condition and seeing the pool. Overpriced for what I paid for.”

“Front desk staff was very slow, trying to work on two computers and his phone to get us checked in, then he told me my military id was not a real id. Then made me redo the whole check in process that they had me do online, again in person. He made comments about getting a really big room (1 room with 3 Queen beds) after knowing I booked for 2 adults and 4 kids.
Room was dirty. Dust and dirt in all corners of the bathroom and on top the the shower. The fridge made a weird noise and wouldn't……
