“When we were checking in the front staff was very rude. They did not have any pet friendly rooms available but for $100 extra we could get a regular room (extra was to pay for a "deep cleaning"). Usual pet fee was $15. I thought this was bogus, asked to cancel my reservation.
They said since we booked through Expedia we have to go through them. Luckily Expedia was able to cancel the reservation for us - thanks Expedia. The Quality Inn looked like a dump.
I believe they did us a favor by……

“We asked for late checkout and were told we would need to get up that morning and ask if late checkout was available. Defeats the purpose of late checkout if I have to get up early to ask.
The outside door to the building that should lock at night to offer security never locked the 5 nights we were there.
This is a small town and only has 2 motels so not much to choose from.
For whatever reason we were there from Tues through Sunday - on Fri they cleaned all the rooms on the ground floor -……
