"Very comfortable bed. Standard room was spacious enough for 2 people. Clean and high standard rooms and facilities. Free coffee and water station and snacks during the day in the lounge area which we found out about on our last day. Some confusion by staff on how Expedia beverage credit works but sorted in the end - ask reception when you check in. Fantastic pillow menu. Bar staff very friendly."

"Although rated as a two-star hotel, it felt a step above that. Check-in was straightforward and well organised, and the security was reassuring, with key access to both room doors and the main entrance for late-night entry. The €10 service wash was excellent value, and the rooms were clean with good-quality bedding. We also enjoyed the bar, where the service was friendly and efficient. The location suited us well as we preferred to stay just outside the city—there’s an easy bus journey in, and the occasional Uber back was simple enough. Parking was free, and overall the price felt very fair. A few small improvements would have made the stay even better: there was no safe in the room, the pillows were quite firm, and tea/coffee-making facilities would have been a nice addition. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"The hotel was located in a great place and was very clean. This hotel was chosen because it had a gym. The treadmill was out of service and when asked when it would be repaired the hotel staff didn't seem like they were interested in having it fixed and did not express to client any urgency to fix it. This was disappointing. The front desk staff didn't seem as friendly as other staff's in other hotels we have stayed at in Sevilla. The housekeeping staff were very friendly though."
