Xtra fees.. that was not mentioned until I purchased room.. they charge for breakfast and parking.. I know i was late going to breakfast i got there around 955am .. lady sd sorry no more breakfast told her that's fine can I get sum apple juice.. she gives me a cup i ask for another cup to take upstairs since I payed for breakfast that I didn't attend. She gives me a small amount of juice.. I'm like wow and walked away. If its like that over juice it will b my last time booking with them"

"Very close to the Airport. If you attend an event at the Allstate Arena it is the perfect place, you can park at the hotel and it is an easy walk next door. Good breakfast, quiet even though airplanes fly right over. I would recommend."

"breakfast was fresh and good. Parking was spacious and not secure, but experienced no strangers. Room clean. But, maid failed to check if the safe was unlocked and empty. I found it locked, called maintenance, they unlocked it, then started to depart. I found the previous occupant left a purse and I turned it over to mainenance. To use the laundry, one must signup to a strange app that requires a $10 deposit for a $4 clothes wash dry, or quarters. Front desk refused to exchange dollars for quarters. Unlike some IHG's like Brookfield WI, no evening cookies, no plastice utensils available 24/7, or ability to use credit card for clothes Wash/Dry. "
