“The front check in lady (Pamela i think it was) in her 70s was an absolute amazing person. You couldn’t ask for a friendlier person to be the face of your hotel! Keep her around!!!! She went out of her way to make our check in a good one. We had a credit card issue and she stood with us and helped us until it was resolved. Even the next night after we were checked in she was so friendly and kind when we asked for pool towels, an ice pack and my son stopped by to see Micro! Thank you……
