“I was initially skeptical about booking a hotel downtown, but I would most definitely stay here again! The staff were friendly, prompt and genuine. Sasha Gay went above and beyond every day to make sure we had everything we needed in our room to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! And my kids had a blast in the pool.”

The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. “The apartment was clean to the point of sterile. The manager was punctual, polite and a professional. The apartment was close to where I needed to be and the security guard was pretty helpful in helping us to find local places to eat. Good experience. First time in Kingston”

“Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
