“On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was mango season and I think they could have offered their guest mangoes or……

“The property is well kept, the atmosphere relaxing, but most of all I felt very safe. The communication level however at first could've been better. The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. I'll recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet place away from home for a couple of days”

“The apartment was clean to the point of sterile. The manager was punctual, polite and a professional. The apartment was close to where I needed to be and the security guard was pretty helpful in helping us to find local places to eat. Good experience. First time in Kingston”

“Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
