"My friends and I meant to stay for the first weekend but ended up booking for the following weekend. The location is ideal right by the lake and all the shopping. The size of the room was adequate for me as I was traveling solo. The room was very clean and the amenities is what you would expect for hotels, vanity kits, hair dryer, water and instant coffee and hot water pot. The room came with free breakfast buffet which was awesome, food variety and the staff was extremely attentive. There are floors that do not have a view so you should check to be sure. My 3rd floor had a frosted window but wasn’t an issue for me since I was there to sleep and didn’t hang out in my room. It didn’t stop me from rebooking with them for another 2 nights because of the all the reasons I stated. "

"The hotel description is misleading. There is NO onsite breakfast facilities. Breakfast is down the road, outside the hotel!! When we arrived, the only lift in the hotel was "out of service". This is definitely NOT a 4* hotel. It is more like a 1* hotel. This hotel does NOT come with the concierge, the facilities, decor, or top notch service that all 4* hotels offer. This hotel offers absolutely nothing. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. The rating for this hotel definitely needs to be reclassified. Regarding the room. We asked for 2 room queues, but was told we could only have one and if one of us needed to access our room we had to get reception to let us in. The sockets in the room was loose. The kettle needed to be unplugged to stop it over boiling. There are some good points to this hotel, and that is it's location. It is on a quirky road in the centre of all the hustle and bustle."

"Great service by the staff, really outstanding. There was one night where a friend and I were at a lost for where to go for dinner and it was running late. One of the staff members helped us quickly call up a place and got us a table! Saved our night, and the food was delicious!"
