We didn't pay this amount of money to do that and if we would have known this, we would have never rented this place. #2. Septic smell on porch next to septic tank. "The house was cute, its an older house, but nicely decorated. Could definitely use an overhaul with cleaning. All the vents in the house were clogged with dust and the showerheads could definitely be replaced. They were pretty gross. The bathroom ceiling had orange stains all over it. But with some updating it could be really nice. We couldnt enjoy the back covered in patio at all. Everytime we attempted to sit out there, the neighbors dogs barked insessantly.
