This is a very beautiful hotel I really enjoyed my stay and wanted to give 5 stars so bad. The upgrades are great and the layout is super cute! Balcony furniture was not cheap either they got the good comfy chairs, I watched dolphins from my room over coffee in the morning! However, I went to rinse out the makeup rag to use and it was pouring makeup it was clearly never washed. The shower had old soap suds and residue on it. It made me feel like the bathroom was never clean which is highly disappointing for a brand new hotel not taking cleanliness seriously is a huge disappointment. The doors are really heavy and having to hold the front door to bring in bags was a pain nothing was automatic or hands free. Major kicker was it’s one elevator and there was almost 30mins to wait! They locked the stairs so you have no choice but to wait. Very well priced and the views are amazing. This hotel is also close to the beach and great bars and restaurants.
