Pearl House is your beautiful home away from home in the heart of vibrant Downtown Mystic. There is no "going to town", you are in town! Steps away from the Mystic River, the house enjoys seasonal river views, the sounds of the famous drawbridge opening and the toots and whistles of the many boats that come in and out of the river every day. The home boasts sunny rooms with a full kitchen, two full baths and a peaceful enclosed front porch where you can unwind after a day in town sightseeing. Pearl House is the perfect size for large families, friend reunions or even two small families that like to travel together. No need to drive, restaurants, shops, museums, the river and more are steps away. Pearl House is walking distance to the train station, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Museum of Art and a 5 minute drive from the Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The entire house has been refreshed recently, including the addition of a new downstairs bath. The four bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests and a sleeper sofa in the living area will add two more if needed. The sunny backyard features a comfortable sitting area with sun umbrella and a gas BBQ grill. If you feel the need to explore beyond Mystic, beautiful Watch Hill, Misquamicut, the Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casinos are only twenty minutes away. Ask us about hosting your very well behaved pet. Long weekend trip

We had a fantastic time in Mystic. The house was in a perfect location and had all the necessary amenities. Our granddaughter was able to play in the fenced in yard. Perfect spot!

Great house and location

Rented the house for a few weeks while working in the area. Hosts were great to work with for any questions and allowed us to extend the stay as needed. Location is close to everything.

The location is everything

The house was absolutely adorable and very comfortable for my family and for friends staying with us. However, the location was the winner for sure and it was so pleasurable walking everyday. Hope to stay here again and Anne was an amazing host.

We loved Pearl House. It had everything we needed and the hosts’ thoughtful attention to detail made our stay relaxed and easy. Downtown Mystic was the shortest of walks—we went every day! Charming home!

We loved our stay at Anne and John’s home. The space was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy! A very short walk into town made the location perfect for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat. Check in was seamless. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Mystic House

Great house in a fantastic location. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Mystic. All 4 bedrooms are great and main living area is very spacious. Driveway parking is a big plus as you are only steps to the shops and restaurants. Can't wait for our next visit!

We had a great stay at Anne and Jon’s home! The location was perfect - walking distance to downtown Mystic and the Seaport. The house was clean with plenty of room and a lovely fenced in yard. Anne was kind and easy to communicate with and checked in as well. We hope to come back!

Great Mystic Stay

The property was wonderful just enough room for my family. The location was excellent great walking distance from Main Street.A short 20 minute drive from other attractions like Foxwoods, and great Wolf Lodge. The house is a little dated, but that’s what makes it so quaint, but it has all the modern things you would want, cable, Wi-Fi, modern bathrooms, with excellent water, pressure and temperature.The owners are very responsible. Should you need anything, which we did not. The neighbors are also friendly. The house also has plenty of things you would want for entertainment, Netflix, Hulu, DVDs, board games, even outside toys like balls, beach, toys, everything you would need to have a good time.

Fantastic location!!

The home was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space for everyone. It was just what we needed. We could easily explore downtown Mystic without figuring out parking anytime we wanted to leave the house. We would easily recommend staying here.

Magical walks

Our expectations of the Pearl House were surpassed! The house was very clean, with plenty of fresh linens. The location couldn't be better. We loved our walks around the block, and the choices of restaurants, bakeries and pubs just steps away.
