Ernesto the owner was top notch! There was a bit of a snafu with a broken propane line during our stay, causing the b&b to be sans hot water. But honestly, it was fine. With such a relaxing atmosphere, stunning scenery, and quaint eclectic accommodations, who even needs hot water?! He prepared a wonderful breakfast that was traditional for the area-the mexican hot chocolate is to die for! We loved our casita... Everything about it, especially the view and the patio. Total comfort and quiet relaxation time.

Very clean rooms, hall and lobby. The staff was friendly upon check in. The only negative was the side entrance to the hotel, the lock was not operational and anyone could enter the hotel area without a key. A possible safety issue.

It was our first visit to Santa Fe and I couldn't of chosen a better place to stay. Upon checking in we were greeted by the owners and they were so sweet and helpful. The room was cute and very southwest in feel. We were close to it all and walking around Santa Fe was a cinch because of the location. In the morning the breakfast was delicious and healthy. Lovely hotel where I have stayed before. Staff is very friendly and, location is superb. Amenities like parking and breakfast complete the experience.

Great hotel - close to the various attractions - shuttle bus to Bandalier National Monument within 2 min walk - 15 min drive to Los Alamos - quiet location - the breakfast is awesome and it features fresh fruit along with other healthy choices - one slight drawback is availability of restaurants that stay open past about 5:00pm - there is a pizzeria within walking distance which features some pasta choices as well as pizza (which was very good) - but we would and will stay there again if back in...

We loved our stay at Santa Fe Motel & Inn. Convenient location and comfortable rooms. Only complaint was that the parking lot was a little too tight (too many big cars and trucks made it difficult to park).

Faboulous hotel! I would recommend to everyone coming to Santa Fe. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Happy hour(Kick Start) was fantastic. The food was resturant quality and the varitey fit everyones wants. The abundance left you not wanting dinner. THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! From the valets, to front desk and housekeeping met your needs. But the food service staff went overboard to ensure you received everything you wanted. Food at every occasion was very delicious. After VRBO cancelled our rental an hour before check in we were lucky enough to find this one of a kind gem of a hotel. Conveniently located, the friendliest and most hospitable owner and staff, this motel beat our expectations. Highly recommend. They saved our spring break vacation from being a disaster and we hope to be back!

Restaurant on the grounds is great

Very comfortable. Huge room. Decent coffee in the lobby for a change! Great kitchen, free laundry, quiet location. We’ll be back!!!
