All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life.”

The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Large room with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Good breakfast & excellent coffee. Beach towels and free bike rentals, free & ample parking. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants.”

“The place is beautiful, but I am not happy with the cleanliness of the room. I actually had to go out and buy floor cleaner because the floor was very dirty—as was the bathroom. It is obvious that they don't use bleach and only do a half-hearted job of sweeping; bleach kills bacteria and mold. The table was covered in dust. I am dissatisfied with the room; considering the price they charge, I think the housekeeping staff should pay more attention—I don't believe they actually inspect the rooms……

“酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份”

“This is an old motel, things are simple and room is small. While not a spa it is clean. There is good air conditioning, a frig, freezer, microwave and tv. It’s right next to rt 41 but quiet. Good night’s sleep. ”

“We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!”
