"I always stay at the Nikko Narita Hotel; before traveling abroad and when I come back to Japan. The shuttle service to Narita and the shuttle service to the hotel are so convenient. The rooms are always clean, there are numerous amenities and including the breakfast buffet in the morning is a must! What I find unique is that they also have a Lawson’s convenience store inside for those late night snacks and drinks. The front desk staff is always helpful. They speak both English and Japanese too."

"This was a last minute booking for me as I had to fly into NRT one day before the rest of my family. As a woman traveling on my own, I appreciated the frequency of the shuttle between the airport and the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely book to stay at this hotel the next time I fly to Narita."

"This hotel is excellent for travelers landing in Narita airport. Free shuttle service to and from the hotel and it's only 15 minutes away. Staff is polite and friendly and helped to answer our questions regarding the train system. Our room was clean and smelled great. Breakfast was buffet style and everything tasted EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Japan."
