“One dude of the property is beside a fast food and ice cream bar and for some reason they play music extremely loud our first morning it was 8.45am the second morning was 8am it was quite disturbing and took away any tranquil feeling I had and wanted. Our third morning I don’t know what time they started as we left the night before so we could sleep in and not be woken by loud music. Our room number was 114 avoid it if you don’t like to hear loud music.”

“Let me start by saying that this was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced without exaggeration. The front desk staff person that met us during checkin was friendly, and the local of the motel was convenient to restaurants and all major travel routes. These are the only two positives we can report. “I can’t say anything good about this motel. Our room was very dirty and musty, and when we first walked in, we had no electricity. The tub was dirty and had soap scum on it. It had mold on the shower curtain and the ceiling was moldy. There was hair still in the bathtub and on the toilet from previous occupants. We complained about this to the front staff, and instead of trying to give us another room or clean it they threatened to throw us out. There is no vending machine on the property and……

“We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.”
