Room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay .Only issue was ants . There was no stale cigarette smell as there is in some supposed non smoking rooms. Should be a designated smoking area outside , so smokers aren’t lurking around outside doors.

The check in and out was good. The room was infested with ants, there was blood on the cover and then the cleaning lady came and banged on the door at 9:00 AM saying that check out is at 11. I was very upset and confused as to why she felt the need to come knock on my door so early, and yes, I have pictures and videos.

We had a slight mishap with keys as the system was not working to activate cards but the night person opened for for us so we could sleep. Comfy beds, clean. Would stay again.

How this place has an 8.2 rating on expedia is beyond me. The non smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. the shower and bathroom had black mold and mildew all over the ceiling. The shower curtain was disgusting. Bed linens had stains. The building overall looks old and rundown. There was a bag of trash that sat outside our door the whole time we were there, it never got cleaned up. I have pictures to prove it and will be contacting cooperate!

The receptionist didn’t know what was going on in the building. Every room was getting new carpet put in them. The first room the receptionist tried giving me was a room that the door was wide open when we got to the room and the construction guys put all the furniture of the room minus the beds and electronics, outside on next the the front door. All the electronics were on placed in the bathroom, ect. I explained my room to the receptionist and he thinks I am lying to him…. He walks us back to the room. Sees how it is then asks if this is ok for us to stay it. No! So he says for us to wait there for him to got get different room keys. 15 mins later we get put in another room with totally different issues! We walk into the room and you can tell they just finished the carpet. Then the blinds and curtain are broken in the new room and we can’t keep them shut. Plus after our stay on our last night I fell asleep with my glasses on and they fell next to the AC unit. So I got out of bed and picked them up to find the carpet soaked from the AC unit. I’m not saying a little. I mean like I steps and it was like water rushing through my toes. Thought about it and realized the only time I had stepped there our whole trip was when I had shoes trying to close the curtains. So I reported it to the receptionist. Plus through out the stay we had a couple of cars like stalking my daughter. It truly got to the point where I felt like they truly had intent to trying to kidnap her if the oppor

The a/c in my room was leaking water inside of the room, so the carpet was soaking wet. I let the front desk person know and he said that there were no more rooms available. He gave me some extra towels to put on the floor.

Please be mindful of bedding. Bedding was clean, but there were stains on pillow cases and sheets. Double check before applying on bed. Please don’t use if stained. My stay was great, restful sleep and quiet. Thank you. See u back soon.
