We enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to every place we wanted to go. Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again when coming back to the Nashville area.

The hotel staff was nice and the hotel was good. The breakfast was not very good, most items that should have been hot were cold. It was also very odd to me that the Vanderbilt Sleep Study Clinic was next to our room.

Beautiful hotel in a great area! The hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing in every interaction. The only negative was the bathroom looked like it needed a little work: tile/grout fixes, old showerhead, small amount of visible mold on ceiling. Overall was wonderful and would stay again.

We stayed at the sister Hyatt our that our friends stayed at during the same trip on our way to South Shores. Our room was nicer. Our breakfast was better. Our pool was not as good and we did not have live entertainment but we appreciated the quiet after 10 hour road trip. Clean beds and nice showers were the primary focus. And Pet friendly bonus for us!
