Property was well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, though sign was up that they were short staffed and asked for understanding. Breakfast options were good and dining area was well maintained. Good space for dog walking around hotel.
On the downside, the king room we had was strangely arranged, possibly due to its location next to the elevator shaft. Would not want this room again. Tight living room and tight bathroom with huge door and awkward shower entry. Had stayed at this property before and had an appealing king room. Also, very curious negative was that small closet had only one hanger. When requested additional hangers at desk, we were told that only two were permitted for the room. How strange for any hotel, but especially for a Hyatt-branded property.
