I will not deal with a Sonder condo again. Room was dirty, no hangers in the closet, 2/3 of the lights over the vanity were burned out. Comforter falling out of duvet. Comforter has stains on it. Pillows were horrible. Area rug was filthy Did use the Sonder app and someone responded quickly BUT nothing was done for 1-2 days and the lights were not fixed until we were walking out the door. Either the cleaning people need to be trained to let someone know when the room is not in satisfactory condition or someone somewhere is not doing their job

We were very unhappy with our stay at Sonder at LC Sobro in Nashville. When we walked in there was a huge stain on the carpet in the living room. Very noticeable, bright orange. The main floor bathroom did not have any hand towels or soap. The bathroom on the 2nd floor off the master bedroom, had blood stains on the walls, the middle light was burnt out, the bathtub drain was plugged so every time we took a shower the water did not drain. After hours once it finally drained all the residue was left in the bathtub. We only had one small bar of soap to use, no shampoo but they left us conditioner and body lotion. The hand towels we were given to use in the main floor bathroom were badly stained (you could see all the stain marks) and we asked for more towels and the towels received were ripped. The bed sheets felt like we were sleeping on paper. You could hear yourself on the bed when you moved. The duvet cover for the comforter was ripped and the duvet cover had no closer so we had to rearrange the comforter as the comforter had strings to secure to the duvet but the duvet cover was not made for the comforter. The pillows were uncomfortable as they were so full you felt like your head was so high off the bed. Terrible. We faced the main street which was loud because it was a main road. You definitely need ear plugs. The Chat function on the Sonder App did not work. It always said NO Connection. I sent an email with no response and texted with no response. Terrible!

Wish the property had a pool and luggage storage! The morning ritual cafe and goat restaurant was amazing!! Had a really rude run in with a resident there, a women who appear intoxicated tried to lock us out of the building. She kept holding the door closed and would not let us in at 2am. Very scary and dangerous situation to be kept out of our building late at night.

A few things. Digital access was easy as long as you had your email with info. Easy to walk downtown. Safe feeling inside: Kitchen amenities +, Linen: 4 towels, 1 washcloth and NO bathmat. We purchased one out of pocket. Matress cover was updside down so we got sweaty throught out the night. had to wash sheet afer first night. Could use some laundry detergent for a load or two. No real check out instructions: ie: empty diswasher,etc.

This facility is a shared facility with others that own or rent they only have the 1st and 6th floor at this property. The people above us where terrible stomping early in the morning and continuing all day made it hard to relax when we wanted to. They were good at getting us moved to another facilty but what a hassle having to move when you are already all unpacked with a family. There hands are tied with the residents that live there.

I was in a beautiful studio apartment that was very clean and modern. It had all the necessities while I was there for the weekend. The bed was comfortable and there were tons of channel options on the TV. It was a bit further walk than I would've preferred to get to downtown but I made it work. There was a public bus right across the street. I didnt see too many stores/restaurants in the surrounding area.

Stay here for ONLY 2 days max
The unit was extremely dated. Once you sat on the couch, you felt how sunken in the cushions were. The bedding was very cheap and uncomfortable, think like a scratchy sheet of paper. Stay here ONLY if you plan on being here for 2 days. It's okay for a short stay. We stayed for almost a week and I regretted it.

My husband and I loved this property! It’s close enough to all the Nashville hot spots that a rental car was not required, yet not close enough to be bothered by all the noise. The space was extremely clean and inviting, pretty much stocked with all you would need (minus a full length mirror). Would and will definitely stay here again!

Great location with everything including Broadway in walking distance. Building was secure and clean. Some updates the owners should take into consideration: 1. The drain in the shower was clogged so you were in at least 4 inches of water taking your shower 2. Provide dish towel… we didn’t have one and had to dry dishes off with paper towels. 3. We had no idea where the “location” was to refill any supplies as listed on the checking instructions 4. Light over stove didn’t work 5. Please replace the carpet runner upstairs for we tripped over the edges of it because it is sticking up off the floor. Thanks!
