Breakfast had a good selection of options and the roof top pool was cool. Having a sliding bathroom door was not ideal. Service was friendly. Location not walkable for most attractions in Nashville but Uber rides were always available in the area.

The front desk was very helpful with all the questions I had. I ordered some food from the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Parking on site for handicap was very close to the elevators.

Housekeeping either accidentally took or intentionally stole a bag of my clothing during my stay. I was told they might have mistaken it for a bag of trash but they looked through the trash and couldn’t find it. To rub salt in the wound, management was only willing to give me a pitiful $50 in compensation, despite the items in the bag being worth more than double that amount. Never have I ever faced such incompetent housekeeping and disrespectful management in all my hotel stays

Elevator #1 had an issue and my wife & I were stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes. There seemed to be issues finding a key and a technician to figure out the problem. My wife is claustrophobic and having an anxiety attack and raised blood pressure. Myself, my blood pressure seemed to go very high and I was having shortness of breath. Very stressful situation for both my wife & I. The manager on duty, Nicole Anderson, was very helpful and apologetic when the elevator doors finally opened. My wife & I had to go back to our room for a couple hours to recover from the ordeal. Other issues: The light switch set up for the bedroom area and bath, to have this are to work the living room light switch had to be on and the living room light was on also. This was a problem at night & early in the morning when one of us went to the bathroom. Noise. Heard dogs barking. Ambulance sirens every night. Something hit into our window Saturday morning early. Saturday morning breakfast time, items ran out early, milk, coffee creamer, peanut butter, & fruit. Swimming pool. Only used one time in four days. Small pool, hotel was very busy, & pool was very crowded. Bar. How do you justify the price of a common bear, $7.65. This very extreme. I would like to here a response from management.

For a last minute booking, this hotel worked out perfectly for my family and me. Complimentary breakfast was delicious ( eggs, sausage, yogurt, pancakes, bagels). Definitely will look at this hotel in other cities when we travel.

Decent breakfast, okay pool - max depth is 3 feet and the water was very warm (too warm for 110 degree daytime highs). The staff were the best part of this hotel in my opinion. There were blood drops on the carpet in our room. Really gross - the front desk staff moved us and mentioned the carpet is all being replaced in a few weeks, but super gross either way. The bathroom doors are really hard to roll, and our came off the track - staff fixed it quickly but will very hard to close. I dropped something under the bed and when I looked to find it, there was a ton of goldfish crackers and crap from previous guests under the bed. Also gross lol

The ladies at checkin were polite and efficient. The room was ok. There was a slight musty smell in the closet. It was nice to hear live music in the lobby during the evening.

We did not like the unkept property. Carpet was dirty. Area felt unsafe. Review was better than it actually is. Staff was not helpful with things to do. Places to eat were too far away that were good. Never again at this Hyatt. Very very disappointing.

Upon check in we were told parking is $36/night. This was not stated on Expedia and they would not do anything about it. Yet they had no problem saying it was lbgq... I am offended they would help the typical vacationer. The pool was in the shade most of the day.

Upon checking in I was told that I’d been “upgraded” to a single bed King room although I’d booked a double bed reservation for a reason. I told the lady that there were 4 people that were expected to sleep in the room, and that was the reason I’d booked with their hotel and the specific room I’d reserved. She discounted my parking fee like 10 dollars and had no intentions on helping resolve my problem. “Four people can sleep in the room we’ve given you. There’s a pullout sofa”. I paid the entire amount for a double bed room for an “upgraded” room where 2 people had to sleep on a crappy pull out sofa. The location was perfect for our visit. The room was clean enough. I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and paper towels because there was very little on the rolls and no extra in our room. The carpet was torn almost the length of the living room. I’ll find another place to stay when we visit Nashville again.
