We arrive at 3:15 she told us our room would not be ready for another half an hour. We started making plans of what to do and then all of a sudden it was ready. Paid and booked for a queen; flat out lied it was a full. We measurements numerous times and asked for a new room/discount nothing. She stated that it was a queen I told her it wasn’t, and she argued with me.

Check in the first room the toilet had a bad leak. The gentleman at the desk asign me a new room. Second room the door to restroom was lock . First and last time staying here.

My stay was not unpleasant, however, I do feel like the photos of the property were very misleading. I checked in later in the evening so it took a little longer to be helped which isn’t too unexpected. However, the hotel is quite worn with my room’s lighting not working initially and the air unit not turned on. The walls were quite stained and my floor was peeling. Nothing was unclean but for a property as worn as it was the photos shouldn’t be doctored to portray it as renovated.
